Here you can download forms for varoius purposes.(click on the highlighted text) Either editable (.doc) or non-editable (.pdf)forms may be used.

Sponsored Events

If you are running or taking part in a sponsored event in support of the Homes each participant should download and complete a Gift Aid Sponsorship Form. Have your sponsor record their details and the amount of donation on the form and tick the gift aid box as appropriate.

After the event please complete the Event Return Form. If possible complete this electronically and email to the treasurer. This makes the process of reclaiming gift aid much easier and reduces the administrative burden on the Committee staff. When all contributions have been collected send the money plus the Sponsorship Form and Event Return to the treasurer.

Gift Aid

If you have made or intend to make a donation to the Homes, except using the Donate Now page, and are a UK taxpayer, please complete and return a gift aid form to the treasurer.

Standing order

If you would like to make a regular donation to the Homes, for example, to sponsor a child, download and complete a Standing Order form and return to the Treasurer.
